Directions
For best results, make in microwave only. Just adding boiling water will no cook the whole grains. 1. Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. 2. Add 1/2 cup water and stir ingredients. 3. Microwave on High 1 minute; stir. 4. Cook for additional 30 seconds to 1 minute. Allow to sit for desired consistency. For thicker hot cereal, use less water. For thinner hot cereal, use more water. Use a pot holder to handle a hot bowl.

In Japanese, Kashi implies energy food. And in Chinese, it means happy food.
