Directions
Brew Well to be Well® For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink three to five cups daily. Boiling: 1. Boil 19 1/2 fl oz of water. Add noodles, soup base, and vegetable mix. 2. Cook 4- 5 minutes. Microwave: 1. Put 17 1/2 fl oz of water, vegetable mix, soup base and noodles in a microwaveable bowl. 2. Place a microwaveable cover on the bowl. Cook for 7 minutes. If you use hot water, cook for 4 minutes. 3. Remove from heat or microwave and serve.

These noodles remind me of home! I'm originally from California where it's fairly easy to find all types of Asian food, but now that I live in Wisconsin, I'm realizing that those days are over. So I was pretty psyched when these noodles popped up on the Amazon goldbox deal a week ago. They are really spicy and go great with napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and any other veggies you want. I tried them with egg earlier tonight after reading one of the other reviews on amazon, and it was amazing! Highly recommended for people who love spicy food, but also recommended for those (like me) who don't... just add half the seasoning packet!

This Ramen is the best Ramen in the world. It is very spicy and has great flavor. It is so much better than the $.10 Ramen you find in your avg. grocery store. Authentic Korean ramen. Add some egg to it, and you'll be in Ramen Heaven. So so good.

I ordered these noodles after reading stellar reviews. Some folks in the reviews almost acted as if these noodles were sent from God. I've eaten Ramen Noodles for quite some time and have found them to be a super inexpensive meal at .10 a package and sometimes cheaper. I also like other readers mentioned don't always use the entire seasoning packet because of the high sodium content. I found these noodles to have even higher sodium content. Which I guess isn't too bad if you don't plan on eating the soup.
These noodles to me tasted just about the same as Ramen Noodles except the noodles were a tid bit larger in size. If we are reviewing just the flavor packet, I would say it was pretty good. Especially for those who like spice like myself. I am use to eating super spicy foods and have a high tolerance to spice. So they were right on par with what I am use to as far as the heat goes. But I can see someone who doesn't eat spicy foods to find the seasoning super hot and spicy for them. I like the idea of the dehydrated veggies that are enclosed to accompany the seasoning. I am giving these noodles 3 stars because they are just overpriced Ramen in my opinion. Plus the sodium content in the noodles is just unacceptable. They surely can come up with lower sodium options. And lastly I give it 3 stars because of the price. I would not expect to pay more than .50 cents a package for these noodles in a retail store. I would definitely buy these again but not in bulk.

I have recently tried "Lavazza Tierra! Espresso 100% Arabica " which is great but a little too mild for me. I make cappuccino, not espresso, and the SuperCrema is better for this. It does have more caffeine then the pure Arabica Tierra and is more robust, more body and much more crema. Actually, on the few occasions that I do have espresso I would lean to the Tierra as it is lighter. I use a Pasquini Livia Auto. My vote is SuperCrema for Cap and Tierra for espresso (Tierra if you just want less caffine and a lighter full flavor). So, get both. Here at Amazon the price is great.

This is a great bean for a semi-automatic machine. We have a Jura-Capresso and adjust it to a fine grind with this bean. The beans produce an espresso with a thick crema and a smooth, almost chocolaty ending. This brand can be found at coffee shops all over Italy and Europe in general.

I want to start by addressing the people giving low ratings because the beans aren't "oily" enough. If you've ever had a real espresso, one made by a licensed barista in Italy, you'd know that espresso beans aren't oily; they're not even usually that dark. If you see black beans, you're going to get a bitter cup of coffee no matter how you make it. It is the fresh grinding process and pressurized steam that make espresso so dark and strong in the cup, not burnt beans! This coffee is used in the great majority of Italian households and restaurants; I think most of the bars use a different brand but some of the ones I frequented around Florence used Lavazza. I can tell you from first-hand experience that when you order an espresso in Italy, the barista doesn't get beans that look black...that only happens at Starbucks where they don't care about the coffee being bitter because, as these low-star reviewers prove, a lot of American coffee drinkers wouldn't know how coffee is supposed to look or taste.

These beans are the perfect color; medium to dark brown, uniformly roasted. When you grind them, the aroma fills the kitchen. (By the way detractors, that's another way to tell good coffee. If you don't get a big release of aroma when you grind the beans, it means they've been over-roasted and the oils are all gone...perhaps except for that little sheen you want to be on the surface...I'd rather have the oils still in the bean, personally.)

Just for the fun of it, I decided to test this against my favorite coffee for my drip coffee maker. I was actually quite surprised at how rich, dark, and mellow the coffee came out of a rather poor (but quick and convenient) method of making coffee. I knew this would make perfect espresso, but I honestly didn't think the American-style coffee methods would work so well too. There is even a bit of crema on top of the cup...from a drip coffee maker! To see how much foam you get from an espresso machine, check out the pictures I've posted at the top of the page.

Lavazza is now going to be the only brand of coffee in my house. This is as close as you can get to drinking a fresh cup of espresso on the streets of Florence without a plane ticket.
